Pros and Cons Of Cigarette Smoking

This is a guest post by James Sparker. Who is currently working on a quit smoking awareness program, and conducting researches on smoking alternatives, tobacco alternatives, stop smoking aids, E cigarette, E liquids and other related issues.

What are the cigarette smoking pros and cons? First of all, there really aren't any "pros", once you realize all the "cons" of smoking. You may have started as a teenager to be a part of the "in crowd" at the time. All the reasons seemed like a good idea at the time. And we all knew we could stop whenever we wanted to.
Now, years later we kick ourselves for not considering the cigarette smoking pros and cons before we lit up that first E cigarette.
So, what are some of the other cons, or the other benefits of giving up smoking? Just the health risks I mentioned when smoking, should be enough of a reason for anyone to want to quit smoking today.
If you smoke 20 cigarettes a day, you waste almost 2 hours of your day smoking! That adds up to 14 hours a week! You just lost another day out of every week.
There are so many ways to quit smoking. But when you tried the pills, sprays, and patches, but failed, where do you turn to next? Is there a stop smoking shot available?
You believe that quitting smoking is difficult because you haven't been able to stop. But the truth is, you just have not learned the skills needed to stop smoking successfully. And anyone can do it without the cravings, the weight gain, the anxiety, short-temper, hunger and discomfort usually associated with stop smoking.
